Lindsay Taub adds her professional skills and community advocacy to Lifeline's resources

Lindsay Taub, M. Ed., is a passionate community volunteer who is proud to be involved with Lifeline. She has a background in mental health as a psychotherapist working primarily with youth and families in private practice, community, and educational settings. She is a passionate advocate for mental health awareness and support, and is relentless in her effort to end the stigma faced by individuals with mental health issues.

Lindsay has seen the meaningful impact that community organizations have in providing support to those who need it. She believes in the family systems theory, which sees families as interconnected, dynamic systems rather than isolated individuals. Therefore, when a person is experiencing addiction issues, the entire family is affected.

Lindsay believes wholeheartedly in giving back to the community, whether the contribution is financial, creative, or simply with time spent volunteering. She is honoured to be part of the Executive Committee.

“It is an honour to welcome Lindsay Taub to the Executive Committee of Chabad Lifeline. Lindsay’s professional background in mental health and her volunteer spirit demonstrate her unwavering commitment to the well-being of our community. Her belief in the importance of supporting entire families, not just individuals, echoes Lifeline’s holistic approach to healing. We are confident that her insight, leadership, and compassion will greatly enrich our efforts to serve those in need.”

— Eddie Wiltzer, Chairman Executive Committee
