Eddy Wiltzer chairs Chabad Lifeline's Executive Committee.
Eddy is the founder and retired CEO of the Mark Edwards Group.
He is a passionate philanthropist who has led Chabad Lifeline since 2010.
He was Chairman of the Board of the Jewish General Hospital Foundation as well as President of the Board of Governors of the Jewish General Hospital.
Eddy chaired the Federation CJA Campaign in 1989 and won the prestigious 2019 Samuel Bronfman Medal, awarded by Federation CJA to one person in Montreal in recognition of his or her service to the community. The medal honours extraordinary service and leadership to the Jewish community over a long period of time.
He is the Past President of Congregation Beth Tikvah.
Mr. Wiltzer has enabled Chabad Lifeline to save tens of thousands of lives through his incredible leadership.
Rabbi Benyamin Bresinger has a university degree from Concordia and rabbinic ordination from the Rabbinical College of America.
Rabbi Bresinger has served as a pastoral counsellor for people with addiction since 1994.
Since 2007, Rabbi Bresinger has served as Director of Chabad Lifeline, quadrupling its staff, expanding its addiction services, and bringing the organization into schools and camps across Quebec.
Mr. Dermer spent 45 years at Lapointe, Rosenstein, Marchand, Melancon LLP, initially heading the Litigation Practice Group, later serving as Managing Partner, and currently acting as counsel to the firm. He was Chairman of the Board of the Jewish General Hospital Foundation from 2013-2016 and President of the Board of Governors of the Jewish General Hospital from 2016-2019.
Dermer was introduced to Chabad Lifeline by Eddie & Heleena Wiltzer, and following a visit and meeting with Director Rabbi Benyamin Bresinger and members of the Executive Committee, opted to join the Committee. He has been an excellent guide, providing legal as well as practical advice that has helped Chabad Lifeline grow exponentially.

In addition to her business career, Orit is a certified life coach specializing in energy healing and somatic stress release. Her unique blend of professional expertise, entrepreneurial vision, and heartfelt commitment to service reflects her passion for helping both businesses and families thrive.
Rabbi Ronnie Fine Founded Chabad Lifeline in 1989 and currently serves as our Executive Director.
Rabbi Fine also operates Chabad Zichron Kedoshim, a Jewish outreach and education centre that holds daily services, and is part of the worldwide network JLI-Jewish Learning Institute.
Rabbi Fine plays an instrumental role in the agency's fundraising campaigns and the overall vision of the centre.
Michael Flinker co-founded and was President of FLS Transportation Services Inc., a global company with 11 offices across North America, for 31 years.
He is a renowned philanthropist, serving as Board Member of the Mount Sinai Hospital, Solomon Schechter Academy, Israel Cancer Research Foundation, Camp B'nai Brith, Procure, and Cedar Cancer Foundation.
Flinker has been a tremendous support to Chabad Lifeline, particularly in raising awareness about our lifesaving work. He proposed and funded the implementation of three major projects that helped redefine who we are: digitizing Chabad Lifeline's database and intake process, our website, and Eden's Story: the movie.
Martin Goldenberg is the founder and Chairman of Omnitrans, a premier supply chain solutions provider with offices in Canada, the United States, and China.
Martin is a well-known philanthropist and devoted supporter of Chabad Lifeline. His guidance and advice have helped us grow and save many lives.
Jeffrey Katz has been an accounting professional since the early 1980s, working with several top firms, including Fuller Landau and Deloitte. In 1999, he established his own private practice, offering management consulting, accounting, financing, financial planning, tax planning, and related services to corporations of various types and sizes. He is a professional member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and the Quebec Order of Chartered Accountants.
Deeply committed to his community, Jeffrey actively contributes to numerous non-profit organizations. Over the years, he has been involved with B’nai Brith Youth Organization, B’nai Brith Canada (National Financial Steering Committee), and the Just for Kids Foundation, where he served as Founding Treasurer. In addition, Jeffrey joined the Ottawa, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada Regional Board of Canadian Friends of Tel Aviv University on October 1, 2020.

Shaun Shahin is the President and Owner of MDS Realties Ltd., a commercial and industrial real estate firm based in Montreal’s Chabanel district.
He is also Vice President and Co-owner of the Ellendale Medical Building on Côte-des-Neiges, a key healthcare facility serving the local community.
In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Shahin is a dedicated supporter of Chabad Lifeline and an active member of its Executive Committee. His commitment to social responsibility reflects a deep belief in supporting individuals and families affected by addiction through compassionate, community-based care.
Lindsay Taub, M. Ed., is a passionate community volunteer who is proud to be involved with Lifeline. She has a background in mental health as a psychotherapist working primarily with youth and families in private practice, community, and educational settings. She is a passionate advocate for mental health awareness and support, and is relentless in her effort to end the stigma faced by individuals with mental health issues.
Lindsay has seen the meaningful impact that community organizations have in providing support to those who need it. She believes in the family systems theory, which sees families as interconnected, dynamic systems rather than isolated individuals. Therefore, when a person is experiencing addiction issues, the entire family is affected.
Lindsay believes wholeheartedly in giving back to the community, whether the contribution is financial, creative, or simply with time spent volunteering. She is honoured to be part of the Executive Committee.
Heleena Wiltzer is a Past President and active Board Member of Camp B'nai Brith and has served as a Board Member of the Jewish General Hospital Foundation.
She has raised millions of dollars chairing events for organizations such as the Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation, the Jewish National Fund, Hope and Cope, and the Jewish General Hospital.
She is the recipient of the 2019 Allan Bronfman Distinguished Award.
Her philanthropic and volunteering spirit, her warmth and genuine care, have earned her the respect and admiration of staff, clients, and fellow donors.
Heleena is devoted and always available for Chabad Lifeline. She advocates for our clients and for us, and is the heart and soul of our organization. She guides many of our activities and inspires us to continue making the world a better place for everyone.
