Lifeline systematically offers care to all members of a family unit affected by addiction. This entails proactively seeking out any members not currently receiving care, including the hidden victims: youth who are not acting out but rather suffering in silence due to addiction-driven dysfunction.

Once identified, the objective shifts to providing holistic family care under the aegis of a collaborative clinical model where the professionals seeing the children and parents, respectively, and their supervisors share knowledge, insight and ideas to devise optimal treatment plans.
