Thoughts from a Graduate Student

As an addictions counselling student, I recently had the privilege of attending a training session on sex addiction at Chabad Lifeline. I left feeling both inspired and energized. The content was compelling, powerful, and deeply informative, and Jennifer Kotry, CSAT, facilitated the session with an impressive depth of knowledge and a clear sense of compassion for the people and experiences at the heart of this work.
I learned so much and came away with an even greater appreciation for the importance of accessible, compassionate support for individuals and families affected by addiction. The dedication, openness, and commitment to changing lives that I witnessed at Chabad Lifeline are truly remarkable. As the need for addiction and mental health services continues to grow, organizations like Lifeline are more important than ever. What an incredible team and an inspiring place to learn from!
