O.A (Overeaters Anonymous) Step Group

Held on Sundays

Duration: Ongoing

Description: This weekly meeting is for men and women who wish to share experiences, strength and hope with each other so that they may solve common problems and help others to recover from an eating disorder.

Description: This weekly meeting is for men and women who wish to share experiences, strength and hope with each other so that they may solve common problems and help others to recover from incest and childhood sexual abuse.

Group Dynamics for Families

Held on Tuesday
Time: 1:30-3pm
Duration:

Description: This weekly meeting is for family members and friends of addicts. Living with and loving an addict can be overwhelming. This group offers support by giving family members and friends the chance to share with others who are going through similar circumstances; to listen and learn from each other and grow. Family members also live in isolation and shame and need the support available at this group.

M.A. (Marijuana Anonymous Meeting) - Life with Hope

Held on Monday
Time: 8pm
Duration: Ongoing

Description: This weekly meeting is for men and women who wish to share their experience, strength and hope with each other so that they may solve common problems and issues and help others to recover from addiction to marijuana.

Parenting Workshop

An 8-week Parenting Group, where parents will learn proven skills, such as how to set limits while maintaining goodwill, cope with their child's negative feelings, express anger without hurting, engage their child's willing cooperation, and help their child become caring and responsible. Parents will also learn how to resolve conflicts peacefully and create a family atmosphere of love and respect.

S-Anon

Description: S-Anon is a program of recovery for those who have been affected by someone else's sexual behaviour. S-Anon is based on the 12 Steps and the 12 Traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous. The primary purpose of S-Anon is to recover from the effects on us of another person's sexaholism, and to help families and friends of sexaholics.

Women's 12-Step Codependency Workshop

Held on Wednesday
Time: 1-2:30pm
Duration: Ongoing

Description: A 12-step codependency workshop using Melody Beattie's CoDependents' Guide to the 12 steps. This group focuses on developing healthy relationships. There are separate groups for men and women.

Provides a fellowship of men whose common purpose is to develop healthy relationships. The only requirement for membership is the desire for healthy and loving relationships.

Open Speaker Meeting

This meeting for addicts of any substance and behaviour allows participants to share freely their experiences. The format of the meeting involves a speaker who tells his or her story of recovery which is followed by group discussion. This meeting is open to people not suffering from an addiction.

Emotions Anonymous exists to support individuals with emotional difficulties in their efforts to live a more manageable life by using the Emotions Anonymous program of recovery.

Cocaine Anonymous

Cocaine Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from their addiction. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using cocaine and all other mind-altering substances.
